Recommended Dose:
Children (aged 1-13 years): Take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Children (aged 14-18 years): Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Adults: Take 1 1/4 teaspoon (6.25 mL) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Recommended Use: Helps support the development of the brain, eyes, and nerves in children and adolescents. To help support cognitive and cardiovascular health, and help reduce serum triglycerides. In conjunction with conventional therapy, to help reduce the pain of rheumatoid arthritis.
