Hops (Humulus lupulus) 249 mg, Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) (leaf extract) 100 mg, Oleanolic Acid (Olea europaea) (leaf extract) 1 mg

350 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Olive oil, gelatin, glycerin, beeswax, water, and sodium copper chlorophyllin.

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 softgel 2 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Recommended Use: Hops is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve nervousness (sedative and/or calmative).

Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if you have depression and/or related diseases. Consumption of hops with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Some people may experience drowsiness.
