Medicinal ingredients:
Fresh organically grown* Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) tincture (w/w ratio 1:10) ...460 mg, equivalent to 46 mg of dried root.
Fresh organically grown* Hop strobile (Humulus lupulus L.) tincture (w/w ratio 1:12)…460 mg, equivalent to 38.3 mg dried strobile.
Non-medicinal ingredient:
1 mL of tincture contains 0.62 mL alcohol (ethanol).

Dosage

Adults: Take 2 mL once at bedtime in a small amount of water.
Salivate before swallowing.
