Vitoli® SLEEP is designed to assist in reducing the time required to fall asleep. It's also intended to enhance the overall duration and quality of sleep for those experiencing irregular sleep patterns or insufficient sleep. Traditional herbal medicine recognizes its ingredients as useful in promoting restful sleep.
This product may be beneficial for those who find it difficult to fall asleep, have irregular sleep patterns, or face sleep challenges due to travel or shift work schedules. The benefits are typically felt from the first night, with optimum results usually noted after two weeks. Sleep disturbances can manifest in numerous ways and may contribute to a variety of wellness issues.
Each capsule of Vitoli® SLEEP contains standardized ingredients:
- Provitol, olive extract (Olea europaea, fruit) 22 mg: standardized at 12% hydroxytyrosol; 80:1 equivalent to 1.76 g of selected olives.
- Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata, flowering top) 150 mg: standardized at 3.5% flavonoids [Vitexin]; 4:1 extract equivalent to 600 mg of dried plant.
- Valerian (Valeriana officinalis, root) 150 mg: standardized at 0.8% valerenic acid; 6:1 extract equivalent to 900 mg of dried root.
- Melatonin 5 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate.
Dosage for adults: Take 1-2 capsules once a day at bedtime. Please remember to keep out of reach of children.
