Recommended Use or Purpose

May help to support a modest improvement to body composition when used with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity. May help to support a modest reduction in fat mass when used with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity. Source of omega-3 fatty acids for the maintenance of good health. Helps support cognitive health and/or brain function.

Recommended Dose

Adults: 4 softgels / twice daily. Take with food.

Duration of use

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are obese or have cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors (high blood pressure, high cholesterol and/or triglycerides), if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if your goal is to achieve weight loss.

Contraindications

Do not use if you have CVD, diabetes, metabolic syndrome or insulin resistance.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience gastrointestinal upset.
