Melissa™ tablets include lemon balm, which helps maintain a healthy and calm sleep and relaxation plus B vitamins which help maintain a normal function of the nervous system. The tablets content of magnesium helps normal muscle contraction all night.

Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Since Chamomile may make asthma worse, people with asthma should not take Melissa.
