Therapeutic herbal tea | MORNING - THIGH & LEG

Hamamelis is traditionally used in herbal medicine as an astringent to help relieve symptoms of varicose veins such as heaviness and leg pain, swelling, heaviness and tingling of the legs. Juniper is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a diuretic, as an antiseptic of the urinary tract to help relieve mild infections of the urinary tract, to help relieve digestive disorders such as flatulent dyspepsia (carminative) and to help digestion and stimulate the appetite (stomachic). Traditionally used as a diuretic. Provides antioxidants that help fight / protect cells against cell damage caused by free radicals.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE (ADULTS): 1 sachet (1.5g), twice daily, infused. Infuse 1 sachet in a cup of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. Take a few hours before or after taking minerals and / or vitamin B supplements.
MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Each sachet contains 400mg leaf of Betula pubescens (White birch); 600mg leaf of Hamamelis virginiana (Hamamelis); 200mg leaf of Hibiscus sabdariffa (Sorrel) and 300mg fruit of Juniperus communis (Juniper).
DURATION OF USE: Consult a health care practitioner if use extends beyond 4 weeks. Diuretic: Occasional use only.
PRECAUTIONS / WARNINGS: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; before use if you are breastfeeding or if you have edema due to kidney or cardiovascular problems. Stop use and see a doctor immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle pain or weakness, abnormal heart rhythm and / or difficulty breathing.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use if you are pregnant; if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver problems, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face, and feet), or if you are taking products containing diuretics.
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
