The goal, as with most things in health is to achieve balance. You are aiming to reach alkalinity during the day and allow your body to drop back into acidity during the night.

pH Testing has always been controversial, because our bodies are in constant flux and one test is just a snap shot of your pH range throughout the day.
We recommend to test salivary pH, and, to test frequently in the beginning.

Some individuals with reflux symptoms and chronic inflammation, surprisingly test in very alkaline ranges, pH >8 or dark blue. This would give you the false impression that all is good.
But what is measured in such a cases is the bodies response to excessive acidity and the attempt to neutralize by dumping alkaline minerals from bone and muscle reservoirs.

No opened product or product whose container is broken, punctured or damaged by the customer will be accepted for exchange or refund, without prior written agreement between the customer and Win in Health.
The customer has thirty (30) working days, from the date of receipt recorded by the carrier, to request a return authorization. Any return request must be sent to Win in Health by e-mail at info@wininhealth.com.
The return is at the expense of the customer unless conditions are met.
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the package.
The products must be returned to Win in Health in perfect condition for resale in their original condition, duly sealed with a copy of the original invoice.
Return must be made by a registered carrier, providing a tracking number and insurance for the value of the product.
In the event of a refund, the amount of the cost of the product and taxes will be credited on the basis of the original method of payment, within 48 hours of receipt of the package by Win in Health.
Confirmation will be sent by email.
The transaction on the credit card statement can take up to 48 to 72 hours after the reimbursement by Win in Health.
The delivery costs will be credited.
In the event of a return of orders to Win in health from outside Canada, taxes and customs fees will be billed at the Canadian border. The customer will have to pay customs fees and taxes.
The amount of these taxes will be deducted from the refund.
For the exchange of products, the customer must pay delivery charges to return it to Win in Health in certain extant.
