Makes about 20 silver dollar pancakes.
- 3 large eggs (Use 3 tbsp of finely ground flaxseeds and 9 tbsp of water; let sit and thicken for at least 30 minutes)
- 1 tbsp melted butter. coconut oil, or oil of your choice
1/4 cup of coconut milk, almond milk, or milk of your choice
- Mix in a mashed banana for extra yummy flavor!
