Trophic’s Calcium Ascorbate is a non-acid form of Vitamin C that does not irritate the stomach, formulated for increased bioavailability. This buffered form of Vitamin C is non-acidic and therefore does not cause acid upset in the stomach or diarrhea. It also replenishes the calcium that is excreted in the urine due to Vitamin C’s chelating properties. Vitamin C is a factor in the normal development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and gums. It promotes healthy skin and helps to bolster the immune system to assist in the body’s natural healing processes. Vitamin C is also involved in the absorption of iron. In the body it maintains collagen, a protein necessary for the formation of skin, ligaments and bones and acts as an antioxidant that aids in the protection of the body from free radical damage. Vitamin C is probably best known for its effects as an antioxidant and its role in maintaining proper immune function. The addition of rose hips, a natural source of bioflavonoids, to Trophic’s Neutral C formula enhances the absorption of Vitamin C.

No opened product or product whose container is broken, punctured or damaged by the customer will be accepted for exchange or refund, without prior written agreement between the customer and Win in Health.
The customer has thirty (30) working days, from the date of receipt recorded by the carrier, to request a return authorization. Any return request must be sent to Win in Health by e-mail at info@wininhealth.com.
The return is at the expense of the customer unless conditions are met.
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the package.
The products must be returned to Win in Health in perfect condition for resale in their original condition, duly sealed with a copy of the original invoice.
Return must be made by a registered carrier, providing a tracking number and insurance for the value of the product.
In the event of a refund, the amount of the cost of the product and taxes will be credited on the basis of the original method of payment, within 48 hours of receipt of the package by Win in Health.
Confirmation will be sent by email.
The transaction on the credit card statement can take up to 48 to 72 hours after the reimbursement by Win in Health.
The delivery costs will be credited.
In the event of a return of orders to Win in health from outside Canada, taxes and customs fees will be billed at the Canadian border. The customer will have to pay customs fees and taxes.
The amount of these taxes will be deducted from the refund.
For the exchange of products, the customer must pay delivery charges to return it to Win in Health in certain extant.
