Desmodium - the body’s purification plant
Desmodium regenerates the liver cells. This major organ is involved in various vital functions: digestion, hormonal regulation, fat metabolism. It is also the body’s purification plant: it degrades and removes toxic substances (natural waste, medicines, alcohol, heavy metals)
It has also been used for a very long time as a symptomatic treatment for asthma. By acting on the contraction of the respiratory muscles, it also has anti-allergic effects because allergens can cause these respiratory tract disorders.
Desmodium can also be associated with other treatments after viral hepatitis, toxic hepatitis (intoxication, chemotherapy, etc.), liver failure and dysfunctions (alcohol-related, for example).
