How to Use
- Wash your hands and remove the protective wrapper.
- Find a comfortable position to help relax your muscles. Insertion is easiest while standing with your knees slightly bent and apart, or with one foot resting on the toilet.
- Unwind the tampon string and give it a quick, firm tug to ensure both ends are securely attached.
- Place your index finger in the indentation at the base of the tampon.
- Gently insert the tampon into the vagina; keeping your body relaxed will make this easier.
- Slide the tampon into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go, angling it slightly upward. The string will remain outside your body.
- Once correctly positioned, you shouldn’t feel the tampon at all. If you feel any discomfort, it means it hasn’t been inserted deeply enough. Simply remove it and insert a new one.
- Wash your hands.
