Method of preparation:
Decoction of roots for an internal depurative action. Take 10 GR of burdock root and immerse in one liter of boiling water for about ten minutes, to make them infuse. Once the infusion is complete, filter the resulting liquid. It can be drunk plain or sweet, at the rate of 3 cups a day.
For external use:
Follow the preparation principle detailed above, but with 30 GR of roots. Once the infusion is filtered, it can be used as a lotion to wash the skin and treat acne, boils, psoriasis or eczema.
Precautions:
It is better to avoid giving it to children.
It is not recommended for pregnant women. It is also good for women who are going.
