Recommended dosage (Adults):
5 capsules daily with water: 2 capsules before breakfast and dinner and 1 capsule at bedtime.
Medicinal Ingredients:
Each capsule contains 400mg dried flower, leaf and stem powder of Filipendula ulmaria (Meadowsweet).
Non-medicinal ingredient:
Vegetable capsule
