Jasmine is a perennial with white flowers that blooms from June to September. It is grown extensively in India and is very popular in perfumery. Jasmine is known for its heady, intensely floral, persistent, warm and slightly powdery fragrance. Only a few drops of Jasmine absolute suffice to give beauty products a delicious floral fragrance.
Jasmine 5% essential oil is used in aromatherapy as nerve calming and to help relieve headaches.
Posology
Topical (Adults): Mix 6 to 7 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally 3 times a day.

If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use. Do not use on inflamed skin or dermatitis. Avoid exposing treated area to sunlight. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
