Dosage:
Adults (18 years and over): Spray for 3-4 seconds at 20 cm away on bed sheet directly under the pillow or on a handkerchief and place near the pillow once daily 15 minutes prior to bedtime. Not for oral use. For occasional use only. Avoid conact with eyes and mucuous membranes; if this happens, riense thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.
