Health First® Vitamin E Mixed Tocopherol Complex is sourced from GMO-free material derived from soy grown in Spain.

Each gelcap contains:
Vitamin E 400 IU
(d-alpha tocopherol plus 68 mg of a balanced mixture of alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocopherols)

Non-medicinal ingredients:
GMO-free vegetable oil, capsule shell (from gelatin, glycerin and purified water).

Recommended Dosage: Adults take one gelcap daily or as directed by a health professional.

Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
