Passionflower is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help sleep (in cases of agitation or insomnia related to mental stress).
Recommended dosage (adults):
Take 3-4 capsules 3 times daily with water.

Ingredient

Medicinal ingredient: Each capsule contains 400 mg of powdered aerial parts of passiflora incarnata L (Passionflower).
Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable capsules.
