Made up of a delicious and calming blend of ingredients traditionally used in herbal medicine, including flavourful Linden flower, earthy Echinacea root and soothing Calendula flower, it’s blended to offer relief from symptoms associated with colds and flu, including coughs, irritation of the throat and sore throat, and chest complaints such as excess mucous in your nose and throat.

Each tea bag ( 1.9 G) contains

Medicinal ingredients:
Linden flower (Tilia cordata) - 513 mg
Echinacea root (Echinacea angustifolia) - 342 mg
Calendula flower (Calendula officinalis) - 190 mg
Mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus) - 190 mg
Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) - 190 mg
Common sage leaf (Salvia officinalis) - 190 mg
Red clover flower (Trifolium pratense) - 95 mg
Thyme leaf and flowering top
(Thymus vulgaris) - 95 mg 

Recommended use

Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 tea bag in 150-250 ml of boiling water.
Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes.
Drink 1 cup of tea 3-4 times daily as needed.

4) if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance

5) if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder.

Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
