How do we use Sili-Mer G5 from Alterra
To be used 10 minutes before each meal. The last dose should be taken in the evening just before bedtime. Ideally keep it in the mouth at least one minute before swallowing. The external application of Sili-Mer G5 on the area to be treated must be carried out simultaneously with the oral ingestion of the liquid to a synergistic action.

Directions for use
Sili-Mer G5 should be taken 10 minutes before meals and the last dose right before going to bed. Ideally, the substance should be kept in the mouth 1 minute before swallowing. Sili-Mer G5 can also be simultaneously applied externally on affected areas for maximum synergy.
Intensive Treatment
For 10 days, 3-9 tablespoons (10 ml per tablespoon) 3 times daily or as directed by a health care professional.
Maintenance Program
1 to 3 tablespoons (10 ml per tablespoon) 3 times daily or as directed by a health care professional.
