Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Chondrus crispus (Irish moss) thallus 165 mg, Ascophyllum nodosum (Norwegian kelp) whole 94 mg (0.15% iodine), Juglans nigra (black walnut) fruit hull 73 mg, Laminaria digitata (kelp) whole 24 mg (0.15% iodine) and Smilax officinalis (sarsaparilla) root and rhizome 10 mg. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, parsley leaf, cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Recommended Use:
Dosage (adults): Take one capsule twice daily. Take at least two hours before or after taking other medications and/or supplements.
