Recommended dose:

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Phospholipids (from sunflower), acacia gum, malic acid, stevia leaf extract, xanthan gum, natural orange flavour, natural vitamin E, beta-carotene, vegetable glycerin, potassium sorbate, purified water. Contains no added gluten, nuts, eggs, animal products, dairy products, fish or shellfish, soy, corn, starch, wheat or yeast.
Known Adverse Reactions: When taking 2 tablespoons (30ml) daily, some people may experience diarrhoea.
