How to Use
- Wash your hands thoroughly and take a panty liner out of the resealable bag.
- Unfold it and gently remove the individual wrapper.
- Peel off the paper strip from the back to expose the adhesive.
- Center the panty liner on the crotch of your underwear. Press down firmly to ensure it sticks securely and stays in place. Adjust slightly forward or backward as needed.
- When ready to change, simply peel it off your underwear. Roll it up, place it inside its wrapper, and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
