Product Description:
Traditionally used in phytotherapy to help relieve agitation and nervousness.
Medicinal Ingredients:
- Aerial parts of St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum): 350 mg
Recommended Dose:
- Adults: 2 capsules 3 times daily, taken with a glass of water. Use for at least one week to observe beneficial effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner if use extends beyond 18 weeks.
Precautions:
- Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are taking anxiolytics, anticonvulsants, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants, and/or opioids.

- Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or any sources of ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
Contraindications:
- Do not use if you are taking anticancer agents, anticoagulants, antidepressants (e.g., selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs)), anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular medications, immunosuppressants, and/or contraceptives.
Known Adverse Reactions:
- Some individuals may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, agitation, and/or headaches. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, may occur. If this happens, discontinue use.
