Evening Primrose Oil contains a rich supply of essential fatty acids (EFAs). Evening Primrose Oil owes much of its beneficial action to the presence of gamma linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid.
Ingredients:
Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Oenothera biennis (evening primrose oil) seed 500 mg standardized to contain 300 mg linoleic acid and 40 mg gamma-linolenic acid and vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol from soy) 10 mg AT (15 IU). Non-medicinal Ingredients: Oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, gelatin, glycerin and water.
Recommended Use:
Dosage (adults): Take one capsule, three times daily.
