160mg alcium (citrate)
36mg agnesium (citrate)
0.3mg anganese (citrate)

Dosage
Adults: take 1 teaspoonful (2.5g) twice a day diluted in a glass ofwarm water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
To be takenbefore meals, and few hours before or after taking othermedications.
