Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules with juice or water on an empty stomach before exercise and at bedtime.

Contra-Indications

 Do not use if you have gout, decreased platelet count, elevated blood-urea-nitrogen, serum creatine and creatinine, delayed menses, asthma, hypersensitivty to L-Ornithine, or are Ornithine Delta-Aminotransferase deficient, are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have had a myocardial infarction (heart attack).
