Therapeutic herbal tea | Relaxation
Recommended dosage (adults): 1 sachet (1.5g), 1 to 3 times a day in infusion. Infuse 1 sachet in 150ml of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes.
Medicinal Ingredients: Each sachet contains 200mg (grass) of Eschscholzia californica (California Poppy); 240mg flower of Tilia x europaea (European lime); 450mg flower of Matricaria chamomilla (German Chamomile).
Non-medicinal ingredients: cinnamon, apple, cranberry, hibiscus sabdariffa flower, orange peel.
Precautions / Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner
