Recommended dose (adults):
1 tea bag (2.5g) 1-3 times per day, by infusion (Infuse 1 teabag in one cup boiled water for 10-15 minutes).
Medicinal ingredient:
Each tea bag contains 2.5g dried leaf of Cynara scolymus L. (Artichoke).
