Once or twice a week, massage the head with 1 to 3 tablespoons of black cumin oil. Heat the oil in your hands and massage the scalp. Leave under a warm towel for at least 1 hour and up to an entire night. Rinse with a mild shampoo free of sulfates, silicones and ethoxylated materials.
