Famous for its flowers, the fine lavender of Provence grows to more than 1000 meters of altitude on the sunny slopes of Provence. It is the most appreciated of lavender for the olfactory quality of its essential oil. The name lavender comes from the Latin word "lavare", because the Romans perfumed their baths with this plant.

Lavender floral water (lavender hydrolate) is known for its soothing properties, especially on irritated skin, sunburn, light burns and insect bites. It promotes the healing of oily skin and acne prone skin. Very refreshing, astringent and regenerating, it applies as much on the face, the body or even on the hair. Usage
