What is Vitality Rewards and how does it benefit me?
Vitality Rewards is our free loyalty program designed to celebrate you on your wellness journey! As a member, you'll earn points for shopping and engaging with our community. These points can be redeemed for valuable rewards like discounts, free products, and exclusive member-only perks. It's our way of saying thank you for being part of our natural living community.

Is there a fee to join Vitality Rewards?
Not at all! Joining is completely free. Simply create an account on our website, and you'll automatically be enrolled as a Sprout Member and receive 50 Welcome Points to get you started.

I already have an account. Am I part of the program?
Yes! If you have an existing store account, you've automatically been enrolled in Vitality Rewards. Log in to your account to see your current points balance and tier status.

What are all the ways I can earn Vitality Points?
We've made it fun and easy to earn points! You can earn by:

• Shopping: Earn 1 to 2 points for every $1 CAD spent, depending on your tier.
• Signing Up: Get 50 points instantly.
• Celebrating You: Receive bonus points on your Birthday and Membership Anniversary.
• Getting Social: Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for 25 points each (one-time).
• Sharing Your Thoughts: Write a product review (30 points)
• Referring a Friend: You get $15, and your friend gets $15 off their first $50+ order!
• Completing Your Profile: Earn 20 points for telling us more about your wellness goals.
• Special Promotions: Look out for bonus point events and special offers!

How do I get points for activities like following on social media?
Inside your Vitality Rewards dashboard (in your account section), you'll find prompts to connect your social media accounts. Once you follow us through those links, points are typically awarded automatically. For reviews, just make sure you're logged in when you write them on a product page.

How does the 4-tier system work?
Our program has four tiers to celebrate your journey with us: Sprout 🌿, Bloom 🌸, Flourish ☀️, and Golden Leaf ✨. You start as a Sprout Member. As you earn points from purchases within any 12-month period, you can move up to higher tiers, unlocking more exclusive benefits and a faster earning rate at each level.

How do I move up to a higher tier?
Tier progression is based on the number of points you earn from purchases within a rolling 12-month period.

• Bloom Member: Earn 300 points.
• Flourishl Member: Earn 650 points.
• Golden Leaf: Earn 1000 points.
  Your account dashboard will always show you how close you are to reaching the next tier!

How long do I stay in a tier once I've earned it?
Your tier status is valid for a full 12 months from the date you achieve it, giving you a whole year to enjoy all the associated perks! To keep your status for the following year, you'll need to re-earn the required points for that tier during your current 12-month membership period.

What can I get with my Vitality Points?
Your points are your key to our exclusive Points Store! You can redeem them for a variety of rewards, including:

• Discount Coupons: Get from $10 up to $100 OFF your orders.
• Free Products: Choose from deluxe samples to full-sized versions of your favorite items.
• Exclusive Merchandise: Access branded wellness accessories and lifestyle items.
• Tier-Exclusive Bundles: Discover curated product collections available only to higher-tier members.

How do I redeem my points?
It's simple! Log in to your account and navigate to the Vitality Rewards dashboard. There, you'll see a "Redeem Points" or "Points Store" section where you can browse all available rewards. Just choose the one you want and follow the steps to apply it to your cart.

Do my discount coupons have an expiry date or minimum spend?
Generally, once you redeem your points for a discount coupon, the coupon code itself does not expire and often has no minimum purchase requirement. However, please check the specific terms of each reward when you redeem it, as special promotions may differ.

Do my Vitality Points expire?
Your points will only expire after 12 full months of account inactivity. "Inactivity" means no shopping, no earning points, and no logging in. We'll be sure to send you a friendly email reminder before your points are due to expire, so you'll have plenty of time to use them!

What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return a product for a refund, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you used a points-based discount on an order that you return, the points will typically be credited back to your account for you to use on a future purchase.
