Not at all! Joining is completely free. Simply create an account on our website, and you'll automatically be enrolled as a Sprout Member and receive 50 Welcome Points to get you started.

Inside your Vitality Rewards dashboard (in your account section), you'll find prompts to connect your social media accounts. Once you follow us through those links, points are typically awarded automatically. For reviews, just make sure you're logged in when you write them on a product page.
How does the 4-tier system work?
Our program has four tiers to celebrate your journey with us: Sprout 🌿, Bloom 🌸, Flourish ☀️, and Golden Leaf ✨. You start as a Sprout Member. As you earn points from purchases within any 12-month period, you can move up to higher tiers, unlocking more exclusive benefits and a faster earning rate at each level.
How do I move up to a higher tier?
Tier progression is based on the number of points you earn from purchases within a rolling 12-month period.
How long do I stay in a tier once I've earned it?
Your tier status is valid for a full 12 months from the date you achieve it, giving you a whole year to enjoy all the associated perks! To keep your status for the following year, you'll need to re-earn the required points for that tier during your current 12-month membership period.

How do I redeem my points?
It's simple! Log in to your account and navigate to the Vitality Rewards dashboard. There, you'll see a "Redeem Points" or "Points Store" section where you can browse all available rewards. Just choose the one you want and follow the steps to apply it to your cart.
Do my discount coupons have an expiry date or minimum spend?
Generally, once you redeem your points for a discount coupon, the coupon code itself does not expire and often has no minimum purchase requirement. However, please check the specific terms of each reward when you redeem it, as special promotions may differ.
Do my Vitality Points expire?
Your points will only expire after 12 full months of account inactivity. "Inactivity" means no shopping, no earning points, and no logging in. We'll be sure to send you a friendly email reminder before your points are due to expire, so you'll have plenty of time to use them!
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return a product for a refund, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you used a points-based discount on an order that you return, the points will typically be credited back to your account for you to use on a future purchase.
