Ingredients Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus (ATCC 7469) 2.8 billion cfu, Lactobacillus acidophilus (ATCC 4356) 800 million cfu and Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum (ATCC 15707) 400 million cfu. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, maltodextrin and magnesium stearate. Recommended Use Dosage (adults, adolescents and children 6 years of age and older): Take two capsules daily. If you are on antibiotics or antifungals, take at least 2-3 hours before or after.
