Directions: Preparing the Paste

1. Combine: In a glass or terracotta container, pour the desired amount of clay.
2. Hydrate: Cover with spring water (about 2 cm above the clay).
3. Rest: Let it sit for 30 minutes without stirring to allow the clay to hydrate naturally.
4. Finish: Blend with a wooden spatula until you reach a smooth, malleable paste.

Application Tips

• Direct Poultice: Apply a layer 1 to 2 cm thick directly onto the affected area. Leave for 1 to 2 hours.
