Medicinal Ingredients:Each ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) contains Actaea racemosa (black cohosh) root 276 mg, Stellaria media (chickweed) herb 276 mg, Hydrastis canadensis (goldenseal) root 276 mg, Passiflora incarnata (passionflower) herb top 139 mg, Valeriana officinalis (valerian) root 138 mg and Glycyrrhiza glabra(licorice) root 138 mg all standardized to a 1:1 extract. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Purified water and ethyl alcohol.
Recommended Use:
Dosage (adults): Take 1 teaspoon, 3 times daily. May take up to 1 week to produce beneficial effects.
