How to Use
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then take a pad out of the box.
- Unfold it and gently remove the individual wrapper.
- Peel off the protective paper strip from the back and wings to expose the adhesive.
- Center the pad on the crotch of your underwear. Wrap the wings underneath and press down firmly to ensure it secures properly and won’t slip.
- When ready to change, peel off the wings and the pad. Roll it up, place it inside its wrapper, and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
