- Heating: Heat 1 liter of milk to 82°C (180°F) or bring to a boil.
- Cooling: Let the milk cool until it reaches 42–44°C (108–112°F).
- Dissolving: In a small cup, dissolve one sachet (5 g) of starter into a small amount of the cooled milk. Mix well, then pour the mixture back into the liter of milk.
- Incubation: Place the preparation in your Yogourmet yogurt maker (or any compatible appliance) for 4 to 4.5 hours, or until it reaches the desired consistency.
