Usage Instructions (External Use)
To preserve all the clay's properties, it is essential to avoid using metal utensils (prefer wood, glass, or ceramic).
- Preparation: Pour the desired amount of clay into an earthenware or glass container. Cover with water (about 2 cm above the clay).
- Resting: Let it rest for 30 minutes without mixing.
- Mixing: Then mix with a wooden spoon until you obtain a smooth, creamy paste.
Application Methods
- As a poultice: Apply a 1 to 2 cm thick layer of paste directly to the sensitive area. Leave on for 1 to 2 hours.
- As a compress/plaster: Place 2 cm of paste onto a thin cloth, fold over the four corners, then apply to the desired area.
Important Note: The clay must not dry on the skin. If necessary, moisten it regularly with a damp compress or a spray bottle.
After the treatment: Remove as much clay as possible (discard it, do not reuse) and rinse the skin with lukewarm water.
