Ginger's anti-nausea action relieves motion sickness and dizziness (vertigo) as well as OTC medications, according to many studies. Ginger has an important positions in herbal tradition, particularly for digestive upsets. The herb’s warming effect helps stimulate circulation, promotes sweating, reduces fever, relieves colds and upsets of the respiratory system.

Ingredients:

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Zingiber officinale (ginger) rhizome 500 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin capsule (kosher).

Recommended Use:

Dosage:Anti Nausea- Adults, adolescents and children 6 years and under:Take 1-4 capsules daily. Take 1-2 capsules 30 min before travel, optionally 1 capsule every 4 hours as necessary, or 1 capsule 4 times daily to a maximum of 4 capsules daily. Other uses- Adults, Adolescents and children 6 years and older:Take 1 capsule 4x daily.
