How to Use
- Wash your hands thoroughly and take a pad out of the box.
- Unfold it and gently remove the individual wrapper (which also protects the wings).
- Peel off the paper strip from the back to expose the adhesive.
- Center the pad on the crotch of your underwear. Wrap the wings underneath and press firmly to ensure it secure for the night. Adjust slightly forward or backward depending on your sleeping position.
- When ready to change, peel off the wings and the pad. Roll it up, place it inside its wrapper, and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
