Ingredients:

Whorled mallow (Malva verticillata) 100% natural.

100% natural figwort 2.8 g per sachet.

Suggested Use

Oral dosage: Adults: infuse 1 sachet per day.

Manual :

Pour 3 cups (750 mL) of boiling water over the bag and steep for 10 to 30 minutes.

Remove the bag and drink.

Start with small amounts, ½ cup to 1 cup per day, for a few days.

Thereafter, adjust the dose to 1 to 3 cups per day, as needed.

 If the infusion is drunk several times, it can be stored in the refrigerator.

Take a few hours before or after taking medication or health products.

Allow 6 to 12 hours before you see laxative effects.
