Recommended Use
Dosage (adults): Take 1 capsule with a meal twice daily. Not for prolonged use.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Crassostrea gigas (oyster) shell 60.2 mg;Albizia julibrissin (silktree albizia) stem bark 43.86 mg; Reynoutria multiflora (fo-ti) stem 39.56 mg; Haliotis diversicolor (abalone) shell 36.55 mg; Wolfiporia extensa (poria) sclerotium 33.97 mg; Acorus gramineus (grass-leaf sweet-flag) root 29.67 mg; Curcuma longa (turmeric) root 29.67 mg; Panax ginseng (Asian ginseng) root 29.67 mg; Polygala tenuifolia (Chinese senega) root 29.67 mg; Ziziphus jujuba (jujube) seed 29.67 mg; Coptis chinensis (Chinese goldthread) rhizome 23.65 mg; Cinnamomum aromaticum (cassia) twig 14.62 mg; Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Chinese licorice) root 14.62 mg and Zingiber officinale (ginger) rhizome 14.62 mg all standardized to a 8.7:1 extract. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Risk Information: Take as directed by a TCM practitioner. Consult a practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks. Consult a practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medications; have a liver/immune system disorder, gallstones, bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid, diabetes, yin deficiency, sunken spleen qi or cold from deficiency with spermatorrhea. If symptoms persist/worsen/
develop, consult a practitioner. Do not use if you are pregnant/breastfeeding; taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives, medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance or if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a kidney/cardiovascular disorder, excess heat, yin-deficient fire, bleeding caused by heat in the blood, cold from deficiency of the spleen and stomach with reduced appetite and loose stools, fever, kidney deficiency without fire or in damp-heat/excess conditions. If you experience yellowing of the skin/whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, tiredness/weakness, abdominal pain or loss of appetite, discontinue use and consult a practitioner as these may be symptoms of liver disease. Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, headaches or allergies, in which case, discontinue use.
