Recommended dose:
Children 2 - 9 years: 1/2 teaspoon 1 time per day.
Children + Adolescents 10 - 13 years: 1 teaspoon 1 time per day.
Adolescents (14-17) + Adults: 1 teaspoon 2 times per day.

Organic European black elder (Sambucus nigra subsp. nigra, Fruit) (75:1, QCE 6000mg) ........80 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Organic European elderberry juice concentrate, honey, potassium sorbate, ascorbic acid, citric acid, purified water. Contains no added gluten, nuts, eggs, dairy products, fish or shellfi sh, soy, corn, starch, wheat or yeast.
